About Jenna Isch
Jenna Isch is the owner of Isch Insurance Agency with Farmers Insurance and Financial Services. She works with small businesses and families to design and implement insurance plans that protect their families, finances and what they have worked hard for.
Jenna has been in business for 16 years and has been an AWBO member since 2010. She has made growth and professional development—for both herself and her team—a central part of her business strategy. Beginning in 2026, she is expanding her impact by mentoring new Farmers agents as they work toward successful business ownership.
Outside the office, Jenna loves spending quality time with her family hiking, gardening, and cheering on her daughter’s sports. She also values the peace and grounding she finds on her yoga mat, and is currently working toward mastering crow pose and eventually a headstand.
